Ferdi, The error is from the Yaskawa or noise. You can check the Yaskawa by itself ( no EMC control) by using the instructions in the user manuals. SGD series manuals are available online. The feedback can be observed on the 7 segment LED display of the SGDM. The input reference can be jumpered to insure no command is given. If the display shows counts, the unit is bad. If not, the cables that connect the feedback to EMC are a problem. They have noise or extraneous signals on them. Use twisted pairs and shield them at the source end.
