Hello, i have a problem with my mazak spinde drive and since I taking in consideration all the possible solutions to make the machine working, one of these solutions could be replace the control to EMC2.
I almost have no information about the servo motors, but it looks like they are DC one phase servo motors, and also I see like they have brushes, they are mitsubishi and the model number of one of them is HD81-12S. I'm considering this because, if the price for repairing the drive is too high, i would prefer to change the entire unit and use it with emc. The only thing that i have doubts is about the servo motors in the two axis, because if they are one phase brushed DC motors, it would be very easy to adapt them to use it with emc2. Well i hope i've been clear about my doubt, i would be really thanked if anyone can help me at least a little with this. Thanks in advance for your help. Regards. Leonardo Marsaglia. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone?
