In case parts of it are any use to anyone, I have webbed-up my semi-manual lathe config. Basically my lathe opens up with a generic G-code that can do any of the conventional lathe operations, and I simply change the numbers in the boxes to set the target X and Z, the feeds and speeds, and then leave it to it.
