Any key has to be pressed twice to have any effect. To do the above I
need to press F1 F1 F2 F2 press right arrow nothing happens, release and
repress right arrow and it then jogs. It's not picking up the first
press of the keyboard.

I have three input devices, a wireless keyboard, a touch screen and the
USB pendant (keyboard). Since those changes it's not picking up the
first press on the USB device.

Tried renaming the references in the hal file and Axis does not load. It
starts, but fails to load the GUI screen. Loads the splash screen then
hangs with no error.
