The emc2-sim package should install on any lucid machine. I use it on my lucid laptop all the time to write gcode & run it through Axis to see if it looks right. I just updated our wiki with instructions on how to install emc2-sim on lucid: http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?Ubuntu10.04PackageNotes Note that our official lucid sim packages at linuxcnc.org are currently only available in 32-bit. There are 64-bit lucid sim packages available from the buildbot: http://emc2-buildbot.colorado.edu/~buildmaster/ -- Sebastian Kuzminsky sky is black / stars show me the way moon whispers how to keep my faith ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Make an app they can't live without Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge http://p.sf.net/sfu/RIM-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
