Hi Jeff:

   Thanks for looking at this issue. So I'm confused are you saying that buy 
leaving X un-allocated 7+ moves before the move that broke down, I caused this 
error? I'm at work right now, but if I understand your reply correctly, I can 
add this additional information and revert my split G3 command back to the 
large motion and turn this problem off?

   Needless to say, I'm pretty darn new to g-code no expert here. Thanks for 
helping me become less of a noob-boob. But you know we all go through this.
