It can be done, but might take a bit of fiddling. If you set up your system configuration files with a B axis (I think that seems to be what you have) but don't connect a motor, then you should be able to G0 B45 (say) and see the axis display change to suit. The key would be a GEOMETRY=XYBZ statement in the INI fie: It is described in the last section of http://linuxcnc.org/docs/2.3/html/config_ini_config.html#sub:%5BDISPLAY%5D-section However, you might be better with a full 5-axis kinematics and driven rotaries. :-) -- atp ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
