You know you can pick any size you want?  See the prefs tab.

Talking about PWM is missing my point - maybe I didn't explain enough.
Any PWM you have is a function of your HAL setup.

What I'm asking whether you can do is run a sim configuration and
cause EMC to give an incorrect output on one of the motion.spindle-*
pins.  Then describe on the list how someone else (me) can cause that
to happen and observe it too.  The idea is we use sim (which we all
have) as a way for you to show the reported problem, separate from
your machinery and any HAL setup you've done (which only you have).
