Another option - install clean, stock Lucid and then install EMC2 from the script. More details here: http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/emcinfo.pl?Installing_EMC2 The script will install all the depending packages, including RTAI kernel. That is how I did for my D510MO based machine and on several other machines, including those, where I put EMC2 only for learning, tweaking and testing.
