Kirk, You might have a look at http://www.delorie.com/ DJ Delorie of DJGPP fame if you will, has been doing some programming work on PCB. He also frequents the Yahoo Homebrew_PCBs group. Might be a good person to start up a conversation with about PCB. It appears he does a lot of heat transfer making of PCBs maybe share the values of EMC2 and CNC PCB milling.
