If you already have a Mesa setup you can buy an analog board and 
interface it that way..

Another option is to buy a small PLC that has Analog capabilities and 
Modbus and link EMC2 to the PLC via Modbus or Modbus TCP.

Small used PLCs are frequently available on Ebay.

Or you can buy some chips and ....  ;-)

All depends on how much time you have an what your budget is.
