   That PDF shows some waveforms just below the statements of "Signal 
Circuit times", but the diagram is unreadable.  I tried to search for a 
better PDF on the web and came up with a forum page on CNCZone:

that claims the Toshiba TA-8435 is the same chip.  I found a link on 
datasheetcatalog.com that has a pdf for that part:

Page 16 shows some timing requirements.  I hope this IS the same chip, 
and that this will be of some help.
