Gene, a little update.

I received the Lava card today. I installed it in the "new" PC.

I also re-routed internal cabling, such that the cables are not too close to
touching the fans. This is a very small case and this always has been a
problem.

To make PPMC driver see it, I had to say:

loadrt hal_ppmc port_addr=0xd000

I had to figure out argument name by doing "strings" on the hal_ppmc.ko
driver. But I found it and I am happy.

Based on VERY PRELIMINARY tests, the card appears to be working! The only
thing that I tested, was to power up the machine and move all axes by hand.
I will, of course, try to do some more testing.
