Good point! It simply emphasizes the need to be careful in sizing the
hole. Than again .02 oversize in a .6 hole is a lot of overcut. I would
hope that correctly done thread forming is stronger than cut threads
when properly done but it might be interesting to test in the size one
uses most. For me that is .25" in 1020 CD or 6xxx or 7xxx Al.
