Thanks Jon , thats decent of you. I ended up not having thin enough jumpers for the job, but I think I've found a DIL header of the correct pitch on a piece of that orange/brown flexible PCB material. Suspect it came from a quite posh domestic DVD player. When its desoldered its legs should be easy to join, then I can break off a 2x5 section and have all the jumpers in one.
