Perhaps when you have done it, you could post it somewhere 
so that it could be available for other people to use who 
are not as good at writing g-code routines as you.....
There are already a few scripts linked to from the EMC2 site 
but it would be a really good resource for the amateurs and 
students among us if there were a library of all sorts of 
generic g-code routines. I have been trying for a long time 
now to work out a routine for cutting small cycloidal gears 
and pinions for watches and small clocks using an abrasive 
slitting disk to generate the form but have had no success 
so far. I don't think my aging brain can cope with more than 
2 variables at a time nowadays.... ;-{
