The drives are fitted with AC servo motors with resolvers on them. What I did is retrofit of CNC controls on waterjet cutting machine. At first I had them in step/dir mode, now I wanted them in "normal" mode with analog signal and 2 feedback devices in EMC. The thing is that I got 2 motors oscillating (due to untuned feedback loop) but the third motor did not move. It turned out that servo drive was showing error and thus not moving motor at all, so I did not even get to finetuning feedback loop (and to all the questions for the list, how to actually do it).
