I removed the 50-pin header and tried to measure with multimeter -
direction pin changed from 0 to 3,2 V and back, when changed
directions, step pin changed from 0.02 to 0.08 and back, when motor
should had moved or no.

Since step/dir pins for stepgen.0 was matching my wiring, I attached
the connector to see, if there would be any response from motor, but
nothing happened.

Yes, that is correct.

Yes, it is based on hm2-stepper.

hm2_7i43.0.watcdog.has_bit pin is "false". Both in my config and in
sample config.
