Ok, I got so far that input pin requests auto mode and runs the file.
Gcode ends with M2, which returns to manual mode.
The problem is that most of times EMC won't run the file again, if the input
pin goes true again and halui.program.run is set "true". It does not show
any error messages or anything, just does nothing. It works approximately in
1 of 10 trials.
What can potentially be wrong?
