Got rid of my Tek 7623A a couple of years ago and purchased a Rigol DS1000CA a couple of years back. Its a 100 MHz, dual trace DSO. I play quite a bit with two way radio and its works fine for the low band HF stuff.
I see Rigol has a dual trace 100 MHz scope for under $400.00. http://www.rigolna.com/products/digital-oscilloscopes/ds1000e/ Its been said Rigol also made some of the HP scopes.
