It is 220 VAC in the power socket in Europe, pass it through rectifier
bridge, smooth out with capacitor and You get ~330 VDC. Both of these
elements together cost less than 10 Eur.

200 W transformer 220 -> 36 VAC costs around 70 EUR. For 3 pieces 400W
motors You will need more than 1 kW. Want to tell me, where to get a
power supply for them?
