Thanks both for your answers. I am quite sure I tried "halcmd setp or2.0.in1 1;" and it didn't work (it failed with a message "pin already in use" or something like this).
Wasn't aware of the existence of the "sets" command, great! I will get a try again in a couple of hours and let you know.
