I think I found the reason:
There are 10 counters by default loaded with classicladder.

I found this page:
http://linuxcnc.org/docs/html/man/man9/classicladder.9.html

And in HAL file I changed this line:
loadrt classicladder_rt

to be
loadrt classicladder_rt [numTimers=15]

But now LinuxCNC won't start.
If I change it back, it is fine, so the problem is with this line.
What am I missing here?
