Gentle persons: I assume most of you follow hackaday.com but for those who don't, two interesting postings have shown up back-to-back today. One is a 3D printer, built in a shipping container, that has a print volume of 2m x 2m x 3.5m. The other is a do-it-yourself DRO project for a non-CNC mill that employs an Android tablet for a very pretty display.
