Viesturs there is a couple things you can try, unfortunatly this bur 
that is appearing on the bottom side of the cut is a common thing and 
some materials are worse than others. I've found that stack cutting 
parts [put 10 or more layers of material and cut at one time] will 
help this alot. You may need to clamp the sheets of material so they 
don't get liquid or garnet between the sheets. A smaller focusing tube 
and orifice will help but not nesc elliminate the bur. 
   
  We operate a WJ and while we don't often cut thin material when we do 
there is often the need for some cleanup due to this bur.
