And, the driver doesn't sense the value that gets returned by a mussing board and a fast par port, and thinks there is another module there, but it can't figure out what that module type is. The last change to the driver (less than 2 weeks ago) was to make the driver assume any address that returns 0xXF is invalid. It previously only assumed 0x00 and 0xFF were the invalid responses.
