Matthieu I'm sorry this took so long. Please set the debounce to 0 for both jog increments and feedoverride increments.
It seems the mux16 component, which has the built in debounce, has an issue with the debounce count getting screwed up when using two or more instances. I will look into that... Let me know if that fixes the problem.
