I, also, needed the results of the picsetup.c. I put instructions, including a modified file from Jon Elson on a page of my (not great, but its a start) blog: cnc-for-model-engineers.blogspot.com - look for the post "Intel Motherboards and the parallel port". *please* tell me if the instructions are ok for you; if not, we'll correct them.
