Thanks :) I forgot to mention the homebrew threading with an insert on the mill tooling Top left picture http://www.archivist.info/cnc/stage6/ It is an abuse of a carbide insert due to the intermittent cut but does allow me a well formed thread I set the top of the insert above the centerline to make sure I had clearance as it is on a rotary tool.
