Yes, you can fill all your PCI ports and the parallel port with them
if you want.

It would need a special firmware, and you would need to check with
Mesa that it will fit into the 200k FPGA.
But in principle it could be done. I don't even see a TP…BIT file in
the firmwares, but I have run a 7i39 on a 7i43, so know that the
firmware is out there somewhere.

Yes. But it would require special cabling, which is tricky with ribbon

There are a range of sizes, and connect individual wires to the Mesa
headers quite nicely.
