All these all in one machines have the problem of unproductive times. I own a small table top machine (google for Hommel UWG2) which is capable of 1/100 mm precision easiliy, maybe better, but it takes hours (literally!) to convert it from turning to milling, tapping etc. and vice versa, so I dont't really use it a lot.
