The black arm was left over from the Anilam control that I removed. The arm pivots but I never pivot it. It would be simple to construct one. I now have a desktop touch screen and just popped the cover off the base and screwed it down to the arm then put the cover back on. I can take a more recent photo in a bit and add it to my web site if your interested in seeing it.
