In other words they want a small, electrically heated, branding iron on the end of a pneumatic cylinder. Keep it simple with an insulator made of PEEK. Should be strong enough to mount the heated part. A finned heat sink on the back of the heated part, with a solid boss in the center for the mounting, and a small fan blowing across the heat sink when retracted, should keep the heat from going to the cylinder. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
