Hi,

what steps do i need to compile the original vmlinuz-2.6.32-122-rtai
kernel ?
(using the standard Ubuntu-Lcnc install Iso)

I want to change the in-kernel uart driver to the module version.
All tests i made did not give any result.
Tried vanilla kernel+rtai patch, tried to compile the L-cnc kernel.
..Version mismatch, name should be ..rtai.... and so on.

i need a 'starting-point' to divide the probs into steps.

* First i want to compile the original vmlinuz-2.6.32-122-rtai kernel
and initrd 1:1 as it is on the Distribution
* then i want to play arround with vmlinuz-2.6.32-122-rtai and change
some values.

Is there an iso-image with the rtai patched kernel sources to start from ?

or any other hints ?
