I seems unlikely. How much work do you want to put in? What hardware would you expect to use for the control? I am pretty sure that LinuxCNC wouldn't even compile on OSX. Even if you altered the source code to use OSX kernel libraries, you would still need to sort out RTAI, which I am not sure works on a G4. Running the G4 version of Linux on the hardware is more likely to work.
