I haven't yet run any G-code with a tool change in it (on this machine)
At the moment tool-change is linked directly to tool-changed. Clearly
this won't do when I have G-code with tool changes
But I have come to quite like not having to press an "OK" button when,
typically, the M6TNG43 is me telling the machine what I have just
done.
That is the purpose of that UI screen, just to tell the machine which
tool I have just put in.
