try the manual knee mill mfctrs listed here
try search at http://www.taiwantrade.com.tw/
drill down thru mills manual knee ...
look for similar style pictures, then send pic to mfctr
(most have skype contacts but they are 11hrs ahead! )

also

some of the mill parts companies may be able to identify it or aid
in dissasembly/getting manuals.

Remember the name on the label is just some sales organization's wet 
dream. Has nothing to do with the manufacturer. Its just been 'branded'.
