Not bad, but bad execution of some of the details. I could have done
better, but its plumb serviceable, has a 42 hi def on the shelf now. And
all the usual amps & dvd players are in that tall overhead. And once Dee
loaded up the two lower drawers with her LP collection, it wasn't too long
till I noticed it needed a leg under the center divider its sagged about
1/4". Hind sight, 20-05 you know. I think it weighs around 450 lbs right
now. Felt pads on the legs & hardwood flooring or I'd never be able to
scoot it out to get behind it to wire something up.

That should be a link to a JnJ ent center, a much smaller one I made for
the neighbors out of white ash. That one I'd call purty. White ash is a
joy to work with. They weren't specific about what wood I should use, and
they knew by then I was about out of cherry, so when I suggested the ash,
it was fine with them, and they are well pleased with the result. I have
since replenished my cherry stock since I was able to salvage some from the
hill across the way after the 112 mph direcho came thru in 2010. Still
need more of course, you never have "enough" cherry. Theres lots of it
down on the hill yet, but cherry on the ground "does not do well", so in 3+
years its all turning into mush now. I would have got more, but that hill
is too thick with multifloura rose and too steep for this old fart now so I
only pulled what I could get straps to & tow with the GMC after dragging a
drop cord from my generator to run my chain saw with & make it into
dragable pieces. Or throw on a fridge cart & tow with the rider.

Cheers, Gene
