Hello,
What is that machine doing?
At first it looked like spray paint
then like physical rings dropped onto a surface
then like a string retaining spool curve laid onto a surface.
I cannot tell from the video, tho near the end it looks like stacked up 
filament.
Does it 'drip' from a stack of rings, or 'drool' from a coil ? :)
Its cool, tho... like Hektor
( 2 wire vertical spray can art installation ).
