Your BeBoPr's EEPROM contains the 'cape-bebopr-brdg' identifier with revision R2, so the Angstrom 3.8 kernel will load the overlay during boot, but the Xenomai kernel does not IIRC. The filename has the revision (-R2) appended to the board identifier.
