In deed windows 7 64 Ult sometimes plays strange.

After non succesfull writing it ask to format the sd
Did it with FAT32 and also defined blocksize standard and using device 
defaults
After that win32diskimage worked like a charm !!!

And my bbb starts machinekit as it did before.  Super 

Now i can try to get my chalk-board 'brick' to work.

Anyhow i can in paralell use ssh to see linuxcnc via remote and give my bunch 
of hw something to do. Have quite some stepper drivers, level shifter etc 
waiting for that moment. 
My dream is still to get that 10" touch running with 4 joints and 2 pwm 
heating loops running. I love lcnc axis. If that works with one bbb it would 
be my preferred solution, but i could also accept my second bbb to bee 'just 
the hmi.
