I am sure it is so - they are active low. These boards are simple opto-isolators with 817. Their "+" inputs are connected to +5V and "-" to MESA IO pins. There are LED indicators on each of those channels. And they blink at LinuxCNC startup for part of a second. I didn't try is_opendrain option yet..
