Already thought of that, and no I haven't, and with the new motor and 
counter shaft assembly living in the old motor pocket, plus all the 
electronics in a housing surrounding the new motor, I would probably be 2 
or 3 hours to disassemble, and 6 or 8 to put it back together & get the 
belts aligned again.  IOW, I don't really want to do it. ;-)  Maybe, if the 
medics can get my back pain under control later this week, but right now, 
it wouldn't be worth it.
