Are you unsure about the math or about how to put the new value into your config? I wouldn't suspect either one being a problem for you ;) Anyway, 20 tpi should be 0.7874 t/mm, while 2.5mm pitch is 0.4 t/mm. So if I'm not wrong, you should just be able to multiply your current SCALE by 0.4/0.7874, yielding 32512. I think you should then just replace all the 64000 in your .ini file by this new value.
