True, and I looked at it. Page is totally different & could not find the mills I have & used before. The 2 fluters I have coming can do a full 1/8" deep cut, this one can't, I'm starting to hit the taper to the shank at a hair over .0625 deep. But, I started on the lexan version, got about halfway thru it & realized that my opto's slot isn't wide enough to clear the disk reliably, so I just stopped it, and will add another first thing loop to reduce its thickness from 0.090" to around 0.055" which will clear the slots even if it has a .005" wobble. I will also crank up the feedrate, its cutting, with the one corner broken 0.03125" mill I was using on the brass, at 7.5ipm and actually throwing miniature chips, @ 0.0041" depth increment per pass. The machine, with the old screws, was only good for 9 or 10 ipm under load, 15 rapid. So I believe I'll reset the feedrate to 10ipm, and start slow with the feed override. But first I need to thin the outer edge from about 2.2" to about 20 thou larger than the final cutout. That of course will trim off one coat of the paint, so we might have to re-think that sequence for the final one. Thanks Andy.
