It is possible that the 7i65 driver is too complicated for comp, and
needs to be compiled with make, but that would be a pity as the whole
point of doing it with comp was to make it possible to do what you are
doing.

I think "comp" allows you to use "include" above the ;; as a macro
that puts a #include in the C file near enough the top to be useful
(#include in the C-code section after the ;; tends to be too late for
the types required)
