Yeah, if I can write the code to do that so can he. I do it in pieces, like I think theres a holefinder.ngc on my web page that can be edited to work with that jig. Probably a poor tutorial, but it works well enough for drilling pcb holes halfway thru the board, turning the board over and drilling it half way from the other side with the holes meeting in the middle w/o a visible offset. Applied offsets are TBD by the user though. Here its repeatable to under a thou variation.
