Apparently not.  And they have been granting extensions to the 
Construction Permits std 6 months.  But still, he is out a 5 digit sum 
in legal fees without successfully getting it heard in court.

Anyway, I have him back on the air, which barring an errant lightning 
strike should be enough noise to restore the cash cow to production.

That will help pay the sharks, ah lawyers to get things moving again.
