In working on the code to make the screw pockets in the centers of each boards fingers, it has occured to me that having those plastic collars that set the 1/8" and smaller tools at a consistent "stickout", something that would work better in R8 tooling than it does in #2 morse taper stuff.
Is there a source for those collars that will fit 1/4"/6.35mm shanks? I figure I can make a jig to drive them on and establish a consistent stickout. That would speed up tool changing at re-acquiring the reference on the jig by 2 or 3 minutes a code run.
