I've bought several dozen small (<$20) items from there.  Delivery is
usually a week or so but sometimes just a few days; sometimes a few weeks.
I don't think I've ever not gotten an order.  A lot of times I'll see some
gadget on Amazon or MPJA, Jameco, and then look on Ali to find the exact
same thing, at half the price, and usually with free shipping.

Technical specifications are usually sparse, and often wrong.  Takes some
figuring out sometimes.

Generally I'd say it's worth it once you get past the odd signup and
ordering scheme.
